Our Approach
We make it possible for anyone to be a venture capitol investor through our unique community based investment pool called the General Fund and protected as a Community Trust (the same tools used by the wealthy to protect their assets).

Our mission is to empower our local communities by helping them to develop strong, independant and sustainable local economies. Our ethical core is the Categorical Imperative and our practice is complete transparency and full democratization of our policies, practices and procedures.

What is A.I. Coop?
American Investors Co-operative is a membership owned and empowered investment co-op and Community Trust. Becoming a member makes you an owner and an investor in your community. As a legally established Community Trust the wealth you build here is protected in exactly the same way that the wealthy have protected their assets from taxes and legal pilaging for generations.
Venture & Growth
The General Fund invests in the community by making loans to local businesses, Purchasing Equity in local businesses and acquiring assets such as Land, Mineral Rights, Intelectual Property Rights, Patents and others as deemed reasonably by the Membership.
All profits generated by these assets are distributed to the membership as a dividend to the General Fund.
Its your money, Keep It!
All funds deposited into your account go only to investing for growth. The cost of managing and administering the program is paid entirely by membership dues alone. To help ensure the trust of our members all records of the co-op are made available to any member in order to guarantee complete transparency.
